↳ 77 BARK AVE
Sizing, materials, shipping, care, and the warranty — the things people ask us most. If your question isn’t here, email us and a person will answer it.
Every piece of 77 Bark Ave furniture is handcrafted in the USA. Each item is cut, joined, and hand-stained by individual craftspeople — not mass-produced on an assembly line. Small variations in grain and finish are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
Our crates are built from furniture-grade Baltic birch plywood and hand-stained in small runs. The woofPOD uses an acrylic housing.
Our smaller goods are made from durable, pet-safe materials chosen for daily use: PETG for bowls, and flexible TPU for mats and handles. Our leash hardware uses genuine AustriAlpin COBRA buckles — the same load-rated hardware trusted in climbing and safety equipment.
Yes. We use pet-safe finishes and design every piece with ventilation, visibility, and comfort in mind. The vertical slat design isn’t just an aesthetic signature — it gives your dog airflow and sightlines so the space feels open, not confining.
Measure your dog’s length from nose to the base of the tail and their height while sitting, then compare both measurements with the current interior dimensions on the product page. Allow several inches of clearance so your dog can stand, turn, and settle comfortably.
If you’re unsure, email us your dog’s breed, weight, length, and seated height and we’ll help you choose.
The Den is designed as furniture first — an end table that happens to be the best room in the house for your dog. It’s meant to live in your living room, not be hidden away.
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $200 within the United States, with delivery in up to 7 business days after processing. Orders under $200 are charged standard shipping, calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping — delivery within 3 business days — is available at checkout for $50.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Assembly details are listed on each product page. Where assembly is required, every piece ships with clear instructions and the hardware you need. If you get stuck, contact us — we’ll walk you through it.

Every 77 Bark Ave furniture piece is backed by our 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship — structure, joinery, hardware, and finish. See our full Warranty, Returns & Shipping page for details.
No. Pet damage of any kind — chewing, scratching, digging — isn’t covered, along with water damage and normal wear and tear.
That said, if your dog has damaged a piece, contact us anyway. We can often help with repair options or replacement parts at a fair cost.
Email 77barkaveCS@77barkave.com or call 424-299-9295 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We review every claim personally and resolve it case by case — repair, replacement parts, or full replacement.
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Returns without original packaging may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Custom and personalized items are final sale unless defective.
Full details are on our Warranty, Returns & Shipping page.
Contact us right away with photos of the damage and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Damage in transit or defects on arrival are always on us — including return shipping.
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh cleaners, abrasives, and excess water — wood and standing moisture don’t mix. For everyday dust, a dry microfiber cloth is all you need.
Both are designed for easy cleanup. Wash the Bowl with warm water and mild dish soap. The Mat can be rinsed or wiped down and air-dried.
Chewing is usually a phase — most common with puppies and dogs new to crate time. We recommend introducing the Den gradually with positive association: treats, meals, a favorite bed inside, and appropriate chew toys.
Since pet damage isn’t covered under warranty, it’s worth waiting until your dog is past the heavy-chewing stage before investing in wood furniture.
