Every 77 Bark Ave piece is handcrafted in the USA by individual makers — cut, joined, and finished by hand. We stand behind that work the way any craftsman would: personally. If something isn't right, you talk to us directly, and we make it right. Below you'll find our warranty, return, and shipping policies, all in one place.

The 77 Bark Ave 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

We warrant every 77 Bark Ave furniture piece against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. That means the joinery, the structure, the hardware, and the finish — the things we build and the things we control.

What's Not Covered

We love dogs — Opal helped design these pieces — but a determined chewer is beyond any warranty. If your dog has damaged a piece, contact us anyway. We can often help with repair options or replacement parts at a fair cost.

How to Make a Claim

All warranty claims start with a conversation. Email us at 77barkaveCS@77barkave.com or call 424-299-9295 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We review every claim personally and will determine the right resolution — repair, replacement parts, or a full replacement — case by case.

Returns

Return Timeframe

Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, free from any signs of wear or use. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included. Returns without original tags and packaging may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use.

Refund or Exchange

You may choose a refund or an exchange — just let us know your preference when you start the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping method. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we cover return shipping.

Defective or Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us right away and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. We may ask for photos or a brief description of the issue to speed things along.

Custom or Personalized Items

Custom and personalized items are final sale unless there is a defect or an error on our part. If that's the case, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of it.

Shipping

Free Standard Shipping

All orders over $200 ship free within the United States. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery once your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary by location.

Expedited Shipping

Need it sooner? Expedited shipping is available at checkout for a $50 fee on orders over $200, with delivery within 3 business days after processing. The expedited fee is non-refundable.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding holidays. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
