Measure your dog’s length and height, then add four inches. The Den comes in one size.

The Den assembles the same way as the Pad. Work on a soft surface or the carton so the finish stays unmarked.

1. Unpack and check

   Lay out every panel and the hardware bag, and check them against the parts list before you start.

2. Build the frame

   Join the side panels to the base, hand-tightening only. Leave everything slightly loose until the frame is fully together.

3. Fit the top

   Set the top panel in place and align the edges flush — this is the surface that has to read as a table, so take your time.

4. Tighten in sequence

   Work around the frame in stages rather than finishing one corner at a time, so the piece stays square.

5. Hang the door

   Attach the door last and check the swing against your room. Adjust the hinge screws if it doesn’t sit flush.

Everyday

Dry microfiber cloth for dust.

Cleaning

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh cleaners, abrasives, and standing water — wood and moisture don’t mix.

Warranty

Covered by the 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Pet damage, water damage, and normal wear are not covered. Full terms.
